Thank you for joining me for Prayer in Every City Friday. This year I want to support Franklin Graham and our nation in prayer. Franklin Graham will be traveling to all 50 states to promote prayer on his Decision America Tour 2016, encourage Christians to run for office and vote. Every Friday, we will meet here to pray for the states he has visited that week or the weeks to come. If you have come to pray, then please leave you prayer request for the nation. These are not prayer requests for personal needs, but requests for our nation to turn back to God.

I am so glad that Franklin Graham is more dedicated with his Decision Tour, than I am for praying for it. I apologize that I have posted these prayers in over a month. I hope you will pray for the following states that he has already attended:

Jefferson City, MO – 6,700 in attendance
Lincoln, NE – 3,200
Pierre, SD – 2,400
Bismarck, ND – 3,100
Springfield, IL – 5,800
Madison, WI – 6,300
St. Paul, MN – 6,300
Salem, OR – 4,00
Olympia, WA – 5,800

For a grand total of 150,200 in 31 states.

The next stop will be Juneau, Alaska which is today. Franklin will take the rest of July off. On August 9th he will continue with Helena, Montana.

Please pray the following:

We praise You, LORD God the Almighty, the Alpha and Omega, who is, who was and who is to come.

1. Lord, we thank you that Franklin has been so diligent in visiting all these states. We know that he and his workers are weary, so we pray you will strengthen them. Give them endurance to finish the race which is set before them.
2. We pray for the 9 states listed above, which I did not post about over the month of June. Please hear the prayers of thousands who have humbled themselves to pray for our nation.
3. We pray that people throughout Alaska – from Juneau to Fairbanks to remote outposts – would have a hunger to know Jesus Christ. Pray that the body of Christ would be bold in living for Him and reaching out in love.*
4. Lord, we lift up the state of Montana to you. We are saddened that only 27% attend church ,read the Bible, and pray on a weekly basis. We are further burdened because more than 20% of adults report they are binge drinkers, the sixth-highest rate in the nation. We pray for a Spiritual Awakening in this state. We pray that Christians in Montana will stand boldly for their faith. *

We pray all these things in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen
