Revival Boot Camp 2015

It is hard to believe, but 2015 is almost here. Last January at Prayer in Every City we spent a month establishing a quiet time, studying a book of the Bible and encouraging each other to exercise and eat healthy. I hope you have stuck with your goals from last year, because we are not going to back track. If you are new to Prayer in Every City, you will just have to begin with Boot Camp. I promise you will not feel left out. Many of us waste time in our lives, because we have to keep restarting the same engine. We do a great job with our resolutions for a month or two, then go back to our bad habits. January comes around again and we try to reestablish the same resolutions again. Well, it is time to stop this cycle of bad behavior. There is no time to back track this year. We are moving onto Revival Boot Camp.

I believe that the Lord is going to send revival and spiritual awakening to America someday. In Acts 2:17-29, the Lord promises to pour out His Spirit in the last days. I know the Lord poured out His Spirit on the early church in Acts, but many believe this prophecy is intended for the last days as well. If we are going to have a spiritual awakening in America, the Lord will need some soldiers ready for service. The feel good churches that are so popular today will not know how to help those who are truly seeking the Lord in repentance during a revival. I hope to help train you for active service in the Lord’s army. This month at Prayer in Every City we will learn how to pray for revival, how to witness like the famous revival preachers and test our skills in witnessing. I hope you are ready for action.

Meditations Monday – Establish a quiet time (prayer), memorize a weekly scripture verse used for evangelism purposes
Training Tuesday – Evangelism and Prayer Training, Revival Style
Witnessing Wednesday –A weekly challenge to take your evangelism training to the street
Throwback Thursday – Lessons from famous preachers of revival
5 Minute Prayer Friday – Prayer for Revival and Spiritual Awakening in America
Socializing Saturday – I may or may not post on this day. I hope you will use this time to make friends with new people. Find out if your neighbors are believers in Jesus Christ.
