Prayer Focus: Ebola Crisis in America and Around the World
Heavenly Father, we pray that you will be merciful on America and Africa and remove the Ebola plague from our midst. We also pray for the healing of all those who are suffering from Ebola right now, including Amber Vinson, Nina Pham, Ashoka Mukpo, and anonymous victim at Emory Hospital You said in Exodus 15:26 that if we do what is right in Your sight and give ear to Your commandments, that you would put none of the diseases on us which You put on the Egyptians. Egypt is part of Africa, so I pray that you will remove this African plague. You told Abraham that you would spare Sodom and Gomorrah for only 10 people, so I pray that those of us praying with Prayer in Every City will stand in the gap for these nations. We thank You that You are Jehovah Rapha the Healer. If you choose not to remove this plague, then I pray you will put a seal on the foreheads of those who sigh and groan over all the abominations which are being committed in our nations (Ezek. 9:1-11). I pray you will protect those who love and serve you. We pray for salvation of those who are lost. Please use this judgment as a way to awaken the church. We can see that our time on earth is short. Please place an urgency in our hearts to spread the gospel in our neighborhoods, cities, nation and around the world. In Christ’s Name, Amen.
I read Ezekiel 8-9. Wow! This passage describing a wrathfull, angry and disappointed God isn’t preached from pulpits. Israel in these passages can so easily be replaced with America!
Thank you yet again for revealing to me new scripture.
We are living in the last days and you probably don’t hear that from the pulpits either!
