Prayer for Graduates

Lord, we pray for all the graduating students in America whether they are graduating from high school or college. Please give them wisdom in the way that they should go. We pray that these students will seek your guidance as they begin their new journey. Help them to make wise decisions as they select colleges or jobs, whichever is the case. Please help them to stand firm in their faith when they are tempted. Put a hedge of protection around them as they step out into the world for the first time. We pray that you will provide for them financially if they choose to go to college or need to find a job in this sluggish economy.

We pray that they will trust in You with all their hearts, And lean not on their own understanding. We also pray that they will acknowledge You in all their ways. We thank you for the promise to direct their paths if they trust in You (Taken form Proverbs 3:5-6).

We also pray for the Christian graduates that they will have a desire to stay in church. We pray that they will choose to serve you as they step away from their families. We pray for the salvation of the unsaved graduates. Please put godly people in their lives to lead them to Christ. We pray for a spiritual awakening in our colleges in America. In Jesus Name, Amen.
