Flash Mob “Hallelujah Chorus”

Clarinet Christmas Music Photo

It is the Christmas season and time to reflect on the birth of Jesus Christ so I will post a Christmas song from the past. During this time of year, I like to turn on the Christmas tree lights at night, turn off the overhead lights and listen to Christmas music. Some of my favorites are “O Holy Night” and Handel’s “Hallelujah Chorus”.

Have you ever seen this Flash Mob video of a choir singing “Hallelujah Chorus” in the food court at the mall? I have listened to it many times, because this version is so beautiful. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. I cannot think of another song, which magnifies the majesty of Jesus Christ as much as this one. When the King of England heard this song performed for the first time, he stood up which caused everyone in the auditorium to stand.

Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah.
Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah.

For the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah,Hallelujah.
For the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah,Hallelujah.
For the Lord  God omnipotent reigneth.
Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah.

The kingdom of this world is become.
The kingdom of our lord and of his Christ, and of his Christ.
And he shall reign for ever and ever.
For ever and ever hallelujah hallelujah

King of kings.
For ever and ever hallelujah hallelujah.
And Lord of lords.
For ever and ever hallelujah hallelujah.
King of kings.
For ever and ever hallelujah hallelujah.
And Lord of lords.
For ever and ever hallelujah hallelujah.
King of kings.
For ever and ever hallelujah hallelujah.
And Lord of lords.
For ever and ever hallelujah hallelujah.
King of kings and Lord of lords.

And he shall reign for ever for ever and ever.
King of kings, and Lord of lords.
King of kings and Lord of lords.
And he shall reign for ever for ever and ever.
