Boot Camp 103 – Scripture Memory

My boot camp posts are not very popular. I am disappointed because prayer is not enough for revival and spiritual awakening. We have to start teaching the revival message. Please pass these posts along to your friends to see if we can spread the revival fire.

To be an effective evangelist, you must have some scriptures memorized. We will continue with an essential verse for salvation.

Memory Verse
“I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish” Luke 13:3 (NKJV).

There is no salvation without repentance. Many of our feel good gospel preachers of modern evangelism gloss over the necessity to repent, because they don’t want to talk about sin. A person cannot have Jesus and their sin too. I heard Paul Washer speak a few years ago and he said, “We spend 5 minutes on presenting the gospel and then spend 20 years trying to disciple a goat into a sheep, wondering why it doesn’t work”. Preachers must start preaching the law to bring about deep conviction of sin.
