Memory Verse Monday – Isaiah 9:6

It’s Memory Verse Monday! This month I will be continuing my posts on salvation, but will add some dedicated to the true meaning of Christmas. You will have to visit often to learn how to share your faith Biblically, while also focusing on a Christ-centered Christmas.

This week I am going to learn my favorite “Christmas” Bible verse. I have been convicted over the last few months to hide God’s Word in my heart. Please take the time to memorize this verse this week with your family. Print it out and keep a copy on the kitchen table so you can review it as you eat your meals. I have also taped verses to the outside of my shower door so I can work on them while in the shower.

For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
