It’s Memory Verse Monday! I can honestly say that Mondays are not my most popular post day, so I pray that more people will become interested in scripture memory. It is vital to our Christian growth. Today we will work on two verses. The first one has been going around in my head all evening so I decided to include it even though many of you may already have it memorized.

Do not sorrow, for the joy of the LORD is your strength. Neh 8:10 (NKJV)
The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid? Psalms 27:1 (NKJV)

Many times we rely too much on our own strength and wonder why we crumble under stress. We should not only lean on the Lord’s strength during stressful times, but we should always look to the Lord as our source of strength.
