Memory Verse Monday – Eph. 3:20
It’s Memory Verse Monday! Even if you choose not to memorize this verse, I would like for you to look closely at it and at least memorize the phrase exceedingly abundantly. The Greek word for exceedingly abundantly is Huperekperissou which is the the highest form of comparison imaginable and so means immeasurably more than, quite beyond all measure, infinitely more than. In other words it means hyper abundantly, above and beyond. God is capable of answering any of our prayers beyond anything we could ask or comprehend. However, according to this verse he can only answer according to the power that works in us. If we fail to allow the Holy Spirit to have full control of our lives, then this can hinder our prayers from being answered. In order to have His power work through us, we must have our sins confessed up-to-date, we must have faith that He can and will do for us and we must be totally surrendered to Him. Happy Memorizing!
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. Eph 3:20 (NKJV)
