Throwback Thursday – Corrie ten Boom
Welcome to the 3rd Throwback Thursday! On Throwback Thursday, I either tell a story or post a quote about a great person of faith from the path. Due to the lateness of the hour tonight, I only have a quote from Corrie ten Boom. If you have never read any of her books, I recommend them all.
This week we have been talking about the Lord’s protection. Corrie ten Boom was thrown into a German concentration camp during World War II for hiding Jews in her home. She was miraculously released from prison before the women in that prison were killed. She understands God’s protection. Her quote for tonight is this:
“Never be afraid to trust an unknown future to a known God.” p. 29
