The Mystery of the Shemitah by Jonathan Cahn Book Review
It’s Throwback Thursday. Jonathan Cahn has done it again. He has written another great book about the mysteries of God and His calendar. This book is deep so I recommend taking notes to keep track of all the dates. You will learn the secrets behind the stock market crashes, world wars and much more.
I have read reviews online where people criticize Rabbi Cahn by calling him a false prophet. Most likely, these people didn’t read the book, because he does not make any prophecies. Rather, he looks at history to see the connections between the timings of past events. However, he does want you to make note of certain dates in the future. If you don’t know what the Shemitah year is, then you better read this book. This is a timely book so don’t procrastinate.
“The Harbinger and The Mystery of the Shemitah are not only the revealing of mysteries but also the sounding of alarm, I’m reminded of God’s word to Ezekiel: If the watchman sees the danger coming and doesn’t sound the trumpet to warn the people, then the calamity comes, their blood will be upon his head. So I sound the trumpet” (page 252).
