Experiencing Anxiety? Then Pray

If you are experiencing anxiety and fear, then pray. The Bible says that if we pray over our problems, the Lord will give us peace.

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” Phil 4:6-7 (NKJV).

When Experiencing Anxiety, Pray the Following
Lord, thank you that you are Jehovah-Shalom the God of Peace. I know that you are aware of everything that goes on in my life. I cannot remove this anxiety on my own. Please give me your peace now, which surpasses all understanding. In Jesus Name, Amen.
