10 Prayers for Schools

 

It’s that time of year again. It seems that schools are starting earlier every year. Students in my area will begin school on July 31st, which is crazy. This past week was the hottest week of the year, but band camp still went on as planned. My church will host our annual school prayerwalk next Saturday morning. We usually cover about 45 schools in our area. I want to encourage all of my readers to do the same for your area. You don’t necessarily have to prayerwalk, but our schools need your prayers for protection. We called the principals of all 45 schools to get permission to do this and asked each one for their prayer requests. The number one prayer request is for protection from violence. I hope you will take the time to pray for our schools in America whether or not you have children attending school or not.
